What TrackMate is built to protect

TrackMate QR products let a scanner contact a registered owner or family member without showing a phone number on the physical tag, sticker, band, or luggage label.

Information used by the service

The application supports account, QR activation, contact routing, order, chat, call, and notification workflows. Exact retention, support access, and deletion commitments require business confirmation before launch.

Private QR contact

Public scan pages should expose only the contact experience needed for help. Owner phone numbers should not be printed on products or displayed to scanners in the supported TrackMate workflow.
